Brownfield Redevelopment Authority

The goal of the Brownfield Program, and the Sault Ste. Marie Brownfield Redevelopment Authority, is to repurpose these sites, thus increasing the site’s taxable value, utilizing public infrastructure that may already be in place, and preserving green space.
